If you've opted in to your own lead capture page, or included yourself
in an email broadcast, or are trying to send a test email to yourself
from your back office, and you didn't receive the email, there are
many possible explanations.  Included also below, are some steps to
ensure the highest email deliverability.

So... why did you not receive the email?
Maybe it's delayed and will arrive soon
Maybe your email provider blocked it.
Maybe it went to spam.
Maybe the email address you're opting in with is already recognized
by your system, so it's not sending out a duplicate email.
Maybe your IP is being recognized as one that has already opted in.
Maybe you haven't set up your Gmail API email connection.  (if you don't know what that is or haven't done this yet, all the details are here: http://gmail.videos.mysalessystem.com
Etc.

Get an Email address that ends in your domain:

We have found that by having an email address that ends in your domain (as opposed to a generic one like Gmail or Hotmail), will increase the likelihood that your emails will reach the inbox of your opt-ins.

If you don't have an email address that ends in your domain, you can accomplish this by one of two ways:

1) If you have purchased your domain from anywhere OTHER THAN the Power Lead System, call the company you purchased it from and have them walk you through the steps.

2) If you've purchased your domain from your Power Lead System back office, you can hover over 'Email/Voice/Text', hover over 'Email', then click on 'Email Forwarding'.  From there, follow the simple steps.

NOTE: We've had reports from members saying that when they were testing emails to themselves from their back office, it worked better to use a Gmail account.  What they would do when they were ready to test emails to themselves, is log in, click on 'Account', and change and save their email to a Gmail account.  Then, once they were done testing their emails, they would switch back to using an email address that ends in their domain.

RECAP: Having an email address that ends in your domain, is how you should have your system set up.  Whenever you're ready to go into your back office and test some emails to yourself, temporarily change your email address to a Gmail address.

To replace the email address associated with your account, log in and click on 'Account'. From there you'll be able to change and save to a new email address.

Just remember, just because you may have not received the email, DOES NOT
mean your prospects won't... as stated above, there are MANY factors that
may be causing the email not to arrive to you, but won't affect your prospects
receiving them.
